To convert PNG to ICO with IconToGo: (1) drop a square PNG (256×256 or larger is best), (2) check the sizes you need (16, 32, 48, 64, 128, 256), (3) download the multi-size .ico — optionally favicon.zip and a <link> snippet. You can also change PNG to ICO or save PNG as ICO the same way; processing never uploads the file.
